GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6657

WHEREAS Harison Macharia Gathata alias Macharia Gathata (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.50 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Chania/Kanyoni/740 and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E440 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Lucas Njenga Macharia (ID/6253854) and (2) Joseph Kariuki Macharia (ID/8240671), both of P.O. Box 11, Kanjuku in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Harison Macharia Gathata alias Macharia Gathata (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters and issue a land title deed to (1) Lucas Njenga Macharia (ID/6253854) and (2) Joseph Kariuki Macharia (ID/8240671), both of P.O. Box 11, Kanjuku in the Republic of Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Harison Macharia Gathata alias Macharia Gathata (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
