REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Ayugi Osome (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those parcel of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Kasule/2248, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Winam in Succession Cause No. E29 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Hellen Achieng Ayugi and (2) Caroline Adoyo, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Ayugi Osome (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Ayugi Osome (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
