NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RECTIFY LAND REGISTER WHEREAS Fort Properties, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that parcel of land containing 0.016 hectare or thereabouts, known as C.R. 54142 Subdivision 8520 (Original No. 1872/244 of Section II Mainland North), and whereas Fort Properties had leased the parcel to Silven Macarthur Beckles for a leasehold term of ninety-nine (99) years from 16th October, 2014, and who has since sold the property to Perpetual Wangechi Waitere, and whereas Fort Properties have since sold the property to Perpetual Wangechi Waitere, over its freehold interest and whereas all efforts made to trace and compel Silven Macarthur Beckles to execute a surrender of lease has failed, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days, and provided no objection is received, I intend to proceed with the rectification of the register and upon such rectification, the leasehold interest issued to Silven Macarthur Beckles shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
