THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Andrew Gachuru Njeri and (2) Esther Wanjiku Njeri, both of P.O. Box 19341–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of Elizabeth Njeri Njuguna (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 76/413, situate in the south east of Kiambu Township in the Kiambu District, by virtue of an indenture, registered as Vol. N64 Folio 413 File 20760, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the administrators have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the 23rd May, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
