THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Susan Mumbua Datsun (ID/2476778) and (2) Paul Ledama Sekento (ID/24962511), both of P.O. Box 747–00208, Ngong in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/93563, situate in the county of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue a new land title and the missing land title is deemed to be of no effect, provided no valid objection has been received within that period.
