WHEREAS Karati Developers Limited, of P.O. Box 14843– 00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Golf Site Number B42 known as L.R. 420/100, situate adjoining Lake Naivasha in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 104701/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
