IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 45 (1) of the Energy Act, 2019, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum appoints— Under subsection (e)— Charles O. Owino (Dr.) to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd May, 2025.
