IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (3) of the Geologists Registration Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs appoints— Under regulation 1 (2) (a) of the Schedule— Ruth Mumo Mulwa, to be a Member of the Geologists Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd May, 2025.
