TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2025 By (1) Mohamed Khamis Shambi, (2) Mgeni Hamisi and (3) Aziza Khamis Shambi, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khamis Shambi Kikuno alias Khamis Bin Shambi alias Khamis Shambi, who died at Mombasa, on 6th July, 2003. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2025 By (1) Hamisi Swaleh Shambi and (2) Fatuma Swaleh Shambi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Swaleh Shambi alias Swaleh Shambi Kikunu alias Swaleh Shambi Kikuni Saleh bin Shambi, who died at Mombasa, on 27th June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
