Box 3837, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machuki Nyagwansa, who died on 12th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Livingstone Nyangau Bichanga, the the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bogomba Bichanga, who died at Kiabugesi Sub-location, on 11th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By Mary Sarange Ombasa, of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombasa Omweri alias Charles Ombasa Omweri, who died at Tabaka Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Omari Ogaro, (2) Joseph Ochenge Ogaro and (3) Isaiah Ositu Ogaro, all of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ogaro alias Ogaro Okondo, who died at Uganda Memorial Hospital, on 23rd January, 2003. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2024 By (1) Evans Orangi and (2) Mohammed Kenyanya, both of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makori Basigwa, who died on 1st August, 1986.
