TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By Francisca Adhiambo Okulo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonfas Okulo Orimbo alias Bonpas Okello Orimbo, who died on 17th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E303 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Akoth Ogwel and (2) Thomas Lare Ochieng, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Lare Odongo alias Lare Odongo, who died in Kajulu, on 20th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. E317 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Akoth Ogwel and (2) Thomas Lare Ochieng, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Lare Odongo alias Lare Odongo, who died at Kajulu. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
