TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025 By (1) Christopher Kundu Wanyama, (2) Evans Simiyu Wanyama and (3) Samuel Namake Wanyama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Namake, who died at Tongaren, on 19th April, 2003. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025 By Patrick Kwemoi Kibit, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuya Ng’ame, who died at Namorioi Sub- location, on 16th November, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
