TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2024 By Ruth Mbithe Patrick Mbithi, of P.O. Box 139, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roisa Ndinda Musau, who died at Kithimani, on 18th Jnauary, 2000. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By Kasyoki Kimathi, of P.O. Box 16, Kithyoko in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimanzi Kunga Nzeu, who died on 5th April, 2007. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2025 By (1) Mutei Mutua and (2) Joseph Kiio Wambua, both of P.O. Box 1–90141, Mukusu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Silas Nzambia alias Sila Nzambia, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
