TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By Silvester Wekesa Mayende, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Mayende Maikuma, who died at Lutonyi, on 6th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By Bernard Maling’a Chepkoria, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngeywo Lawendi Bokose alias Ngeiywo Lawendi, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
