CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2025 By Humphrey Atiya Urago, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Masaria Atiya, who died at Tigoi Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2003. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025 By Temina Chavere Adekha, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Andeka Liboyi, who died at Gavudunyi Sub-location, on 5th April, 2025. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By Elvis Ozigi Ojali, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dick Ozigi alias Dishon Ozigi Oyigo, who died at Masana Sub-location, on 18th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025 By Humphrey Lugaye Mudigi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Idagiza Mwenderani alias Joram Edagitsa, who died at Butiti Sub-location, on 26th July, 1994.
