Box 10, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Wachira Maratu, who died on 8th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2024 By Esther Wambui Wilson, of P.O. Box 300, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Wabita Thiba, who died at Mwea Medical, on 18th August, 2015. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By Kiiri Githu, of P.O. Box 17, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githu Mbothu Ruiting’i alias Githu Mbothu Ruitingi, who died at Kinyakiiru, on 9th February, 2016.
