TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2024 By (1) Benson Maina Njiiri and (2) Dolocaus Wangui Njiiri, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Njiiri Maina alias Julius Njiri Maina, who died at Gacharage Sub-location, on 10th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Thuo Ngugi and (2) Jane Wanjiru Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Ngugi Jonathan alias Cyrus Ngugi Jonathan alias Cyrus Wainaina, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2021 . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
