TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By (1) Cancius Nyamotenyi Simo and (2) Magahu Samwel Simo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Osibora alias Nyamtenyi Siporia, who died at Makonge Sub-location, on 22nd February, 1993. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By (1) Selina Boke and (2) Joseph Mahiri Marwa, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ragero Obosi, who died at Kebaroti Sub- location, on 26th February, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
