E96 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Deche Bandika, (2) Samson Deche and (3) Chiro Tunje Rimba, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josaya Rimba Tunje alias Josiah Rimba, who died on 20th September, 1989. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025 By George Munene Njagi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Marigu Njagi, who died on 26th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2024 By Mwinga Msanzu Kalulu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musanzu Kalulu Gunga, who died on 15th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
