TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2024 By Mark Owuor, of P.O. Box 81, Homabay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Owuor Obewa, , who died at Arujo, on 18th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By Shem Agan Alindi, of P.O. Box 1, Ragwe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Alindi alias Isaya Alindi Luongo, who died at Kanyiriema, on 1st July, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
