TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By Carolyne Adhiambo Omuodo, of P.O. Box 57, Rodi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Muga Omuodo, who died at Kothidha, on 21st December, 2003. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By Ouma Robinson Jabuya, of P.O. Box 629, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Jabuya Awiti alias Andiwo Awiti, who died at Central Kanyabala, on 7th November, 1994 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
