TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By (1) Abigael Bochere Samuel and (2) Joel Omagwa Samuel, both of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ondieki Omabene alias Samuel Ondieki Mabene, who died at Nyansakia Sub-location, on 25th January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
