Box 650–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Prisca Maroko, who died at Nyatieno Sub-location, on 16th August, 2009. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By John Kiriama Moseti, of P.O. Box 45–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onundu Moseti, who died on 27th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025 By John Kiriama Moseti, of P.O. Box 45–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Moseti Nyabote, who died on 17th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
