TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E324 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Chepkoech and (2) Joyce Chelangat, both of P.O. Box 928–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Marusoi, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 5th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By (1) Andrew Cheruiyot Birir and (2) Nelson Kipkirui Birir, both of P.O. Box 45, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Chepkemoi Chepngok alias Tabase Chepngok, who died at Tebesonik, on 15th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
