TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E403 OF 2024 By Mary Chepkurui Rutto of P.O. Box 96, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui arap Ruto alias Kiptonui Ruto, who died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2025 By Kipkoech Erick Ngetich, of P.O. Box 326, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang Mursoi alias Towet arap Mursot Kaborore, who died at Ainamoi Sub- location, on 2nd April, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
