TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By Delphine Jepchumba Rono, of P.O. Box 433–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Bii & Eman, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Everlyne Jelagat Talam, who died at Moi Teaching and referral Hospital in Kenya, on 11th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2025 By Pius Kiprop Koech, of P.O. Box 25, Kipkaren River in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech Maiyo Letting, who died at Emgoin, Osorongai, on 8th August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
