TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By Benson Giteru Muchomba, P.O. Box 2829-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the Muthoni Wathuo who died at Kapkoi, on 15th December, 1992. THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th May, 2025 CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2025 By Emily Achieng Okumu, of P.O. Box 72677–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Odera Okumu, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 27th July, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
