E19 OF 2025 By Daniel Kyalo Muthungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukola Muthungu Munyasya alias Mungola Muthungu Munyasya, who died at Kavuvwani Sub-location, on 4th October, 1987. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By Reginah Nyoti Ngendya, of P.O. Box 73–90402, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamote Ngomo Ngungu, who died at Kitulani, on 1st September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 By Kimanzi Mwendwa, of P.O. Box 384–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Mwendwa Kilonzi alias Benard Mwendwa Kilonzi, who died at Mwingi Level IV Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2020.
