TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2025 By (1) Samson Mwendwa Mutui and (2) Florence Mutui, both of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutui Nzai, who died at Kitui, on 19th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025 By Mutie Kithome, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Syomiti Kithome, who died at Kitui, on 5th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
