TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Mbui Muiruri and (2) Beatrice Waithira Muiruri, both of P.O. Box 581, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kibandi Muiruri, who died at Gakunja, on 2nd April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
