Box 2071–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Njeri Mbugua Monteiro, who died at Massachusetts, USA, on 28th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025 By (1) Joyce Wanjiru Njire and (2) Michael Mburu Njire, both of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kamau Wachira, who died at Kagongo, on 16th November, 2006. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Maina Njuguna and (2) Daniel Gathege Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 116–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Njuguna Macharia, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 20th February, 2024.
