E130 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Wanyonyi Pukutu, (2) Maloba Wanjala Benson and (3) Emmanuel Wekesa Maloba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Bukuti Cheskweli alias Sakayo Bukuti, who died at West Bukusu, on 2nd February, 1980. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025 By (1) Augustine Juma Waswa and (2) Teckla Nabwile Waswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waswa Kwanusu, who died at Siboti, on 14th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By Albert Nalyanya Chenenje, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chenenje Ndinyo, who died at Mayanja, on 7th July, 1969. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2025 By (1) Silvestser Wamalwa Wekesa and (2) Justus Martin Masikka, both of P.O. Box 550, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wekesa Mulati, who died at Sibembe, on 8th November, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
