TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E669 OF 2024 By (1) Cleophas Shitsama Shiruli, (2) Joseph Achesa Litabalia and (3) Emmanuel Kangavi Litabalia, all of P.O. Box 43, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Lidavalia Liona, who died at Mukhonje, on 28th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2025 By Brian Andole Muleshe, of P.O. Box 1183, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Shiliebo Muleshe, who died at Shinoyi, on 8th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
