TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2025 By Isaack Kibunja Gatheri, of P.O. Box 173, Egerton in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul G. Kibunja alias Paul Geoffrey Gatheru Kibunja Mutego, who died on 17th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E280 OF 2025 By (1) Elizabeth Wacheke Njoroge and (2) Josiah Kirubi Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Njoroge Mwoge alias Wilson Njoroge Muoge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
