TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E725 OF 2022 By Michael Okello Hongo, of P.O Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s step-son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Michura Akumu alias John Michura Akumu, who died at Kanyawegi, on 20th April, 2006. CAUSE NO. E364 OF 2024 By (1) Martin Oduor Otieno and (2) David Jakinda Otieno, the deceased’s sons, for grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Cornel Otieno, who died on 27th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
