TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1179 OF 2021 By Mary Atieno Aguyo, of P.O. Box 224–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for letters of grant of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Auma alias Zakaria Auma Aguyo, who died at Upper Kombewa, on 4th December, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
