Mutembei Chabari Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doreen Nkirote, late of Embakasi West, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2024. CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2025 By Jane Wanjiru Kinyua, of P.O. Box 12406–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Kairu Mbuthia of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Wanjiku Kinyua alias Leah Wanjiku, late of Mwiki, who died at Nairobi Womens Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
