CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wambui Nakeel and (2) Suiyanka Cunningham Joshua, the deceased widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Nakeel, who died at Sahara Homecare, Karen, on 29th May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024 By Peter Murage Mbui, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Nkatha Guantai, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2024.
