E117 OF 2024 By (1) Josephellar Nyaboke Mogoi and (2) Dan Onyiego Mogoi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kepha Moses Mogoi, who died on 25th May, 2017. E123 OF 2024 By (1) Paitaa Lemaron and (2) Siminyei Moisany, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Resiato Lemaron Kashu alias Resiato ene Kashu, who died on 16th July, 2020.
