TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By (1) Nick Gatheru Wanjohi, (2) Augustine Mwaniki Wanjohi and (3) Marina Waruguru, all of P.O. Box 8304–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Wanjohi Gatheru alias Wanjohi s/o Gatheru alias Bernard Wanjohi, who died at Kiriaini Sub-location, on 28th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Kuria Muriu, (2) Christopher Kigaa Muriu, (3) Rosalid Wanjiku Muriu and (4) Muriu Janet Wangari, all of P.O. Box 4314–00506, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Muriu Kamau, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
