TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025 By Naomi Jebet Kipkemoi, of P.O. Box 4534–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipkemoi Chebet, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) Sospeter Chuaga Karanja and (2). Margaret Watiri Karanja, both of P.O. Box 875–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karanja Chuaga, who died at Bondeni, on 20th February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
