TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 631 OF 2015 By (1) Sera Chepkemboi Menjoh and (2) Julius Kipchirchir Maiyo, both of P.O. Box 1319, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiyo Kiprono Chemurume, who died at Kerera, on 27th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Chege Ndirangu, (2) Fredrick Chege Ndirangu, (3) Johnson Gitau Ndirangu and (4) Daniel Gitau Ndirangu, both of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndirangu Chege alias Ndirangu Chege, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 12th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By David Mwangi Ngure, of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Ngure Chege, who died at Ngorika, on 2nd December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
