NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 265, in Volume DI, Folio 401/4046, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Raveena Khehar, of P.O. Box 1119–00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Raveena Inderjeet Singh Gurbux Singh Khehar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of him former name Raveena Inderjeet Singh Gurbux Singh Khehar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Raveena Khehar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Raveena Khehar only.
