APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that M.M. Lakshmi was appointed Administrator of the above-named company with effect from the 5th December, 2025. The powers of the Administrator extend to all assets of the company. By virtue of the Administration, all powers of the Directors have ceased and none of the Directors, Shareholders, employees or any other person is authorized to act on behalf of the company without express written consent from the Administrator. The Directors are required to submit Statement of Affairs within twelve (12) days in the prescribed format.
