NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly that pursuant to Standing Order No. 32 of the Bungoma County Assembly Standing Orders, I have appointed Monday, 22nd and Tuesday, 23rd December, 2025 as days for Special Sittings of the Bungoma County Assembly. The Special Sittings shall be held in the Bungoma County Assembly Chambers, Assembly Building, Bungoma as follows: (i) Monday 22nd December, 2025 (a) Morning Sitting – 9.30 a.m – 10.00 a.m. (b) Midmorning Sitting – 10.30 a.m – 1.00 p.m. (c) Afternoon sitting – 2.30 p.m – 6.30 p.m. (ii) Tuesday 23rd December, 2025 (a) Morning Sitting – 9.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. (b) Afternoon sitting – 2.30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. The Businesses to be considered at the Special Sittings shall be: 1. Report by the Sectoral Committee on Labour Relations, Member Service and Facilities Committee on the Vetting of the Members to the County Public Service Board; 2. Report from the Budget and Appropriations Committee on the 1st Supplementary Budget FY 2025/2026; 3. 2nd Reading of the 1st Supplementary Appropriations Bill, 2025 and 4. 3rd Reading of the 1st 2nd Supplementary Appropriations Bill, 2025. In accordance with Standing Order 32 (4), (5) of the Bungoma County Assembly Standing orders, the businesses specified in this notice shall be the only Businesses before the County Assembly during the Special Sittings, following which the County Assembly shall stand adjourned.
