REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Duncan Nderitu Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 10649–80101, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Subdivision No. 1238/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 10371, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
