THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Tabitha Wangeci Jimia (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kirinyaga,
known as Inoi/Kiamburi/1734, containing 0.226 hectare or
thereabouts, and whereas the Judge of the Kerugoya Law Court in
Succession Cause No. E1196 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of
administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of
Anthony Kangangi Jimia (ID/9303785), and whereas all efforts to
recover the title deeds and be surrendered to the land registrar for
cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has
been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of
the said administration letters to Anthony Kangangi Jimia
(ID/9303785), and upon such registration the land title deed issued
earlier to the said Tabitha Wangeci Jimia (deceased), shall be deemed
to be cancelled and of no effect.
