REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Wainaina Nguru, P.O. Box 700, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Kiminini/Kapkoi Sisal Block 1/Wamuini “A”/842, containing 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Trans Nzoia County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
