REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samson Chege Kangethe, of P.O. Box 9049-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, registered under title No. Mitubiri/Wempa/Block 1/5302, containing 0.202 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the same document, and upon such registration of tite deed issued to the said Samson Chege Kangethe shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
