REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Njuguna Mungai (ID/0321716), (2) James Kungu Gikonyo (ID/3061339) and (3) Agnes Wanjiru Mugwimi (ID/3066278), all of P.O. Box 749, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, as trustees of Thika Teachers Housing Co-operative Society Limited, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/18689, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
